Fiscora Terms of Service

Eligibility

Fiscora is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fiscora for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property in it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fiscora in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app beyond what applicable law permits.
• Use the app to upload or transmit harmful code, abusive content, or fraudulent information.
• Misrepresent your entitlement to paid or rewarded features.

App Features, Paid Access, and Rewarded Access

Fiscora may offer both free and paid features. Certain premium features may be provided through subscriptions or other purchase flows managed by third-party billing and entitlement providers.

• Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation processes may also be subject to the rules of your app store or payment provider.
• Temporary access unlocked through rewarded ads or promotional flows does not create a permanent paid entitlement unless explicitly stated.
• We may change, add, suspend, or remove app features, including premium features, where reasonably necessary.

Your Data and Privacy

Your use of Fiscora is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the app. You are responsible for reviewing that policy and for protecting access to your device and any files you export from the app.

No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Fiscora is a personal finance tracking tool. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

Third-Party Services

Some app functions rely on third-party services, including analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, rewarded ads, and configuration delivery. Your use of app-store billing, advertising, or other third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Fiscora, including its design, branding, text, code, graphics, and other content made available by us, is owned by or licensed to Rejuvenize and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

Disclaimers

Fiscora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose or device configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rejuvenize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Fiscora. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of Fiscora if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the app, or created risk for us, other users, or third-party providers. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of Fiscora after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
